How direct P2P transfer works

Receiver online

First open Receiver on the device that should get the files.

Sender chooses Receiver

Then open Sender and choose that exact online Receiver.

Send directly

File contents travel directly between both devices and are not stored on SENDANYWAIR servers.

Connection and receiving help

I cannot see Receiver

Open Receiver on the other device and sign in with the same account on both devices. Using different accounts? Add the sender's email under Trusted senders in Receiver settings. Keep both apps open.

Where are my files?

Desktop Receiver saves files to your chosen download folder. Open folder takes you there directly. In the browser, use your chosen save folder or browser downloads. Clear list only clears the list; it keeps saved files.

Can I close the app while sending?

Keep both apps and devices active until the transfer finishes. Sleep, shutdown or losing the internet connection interrupts the transfer. After an error, check which files arrived before sending again.
